You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use our services. By using this Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Ownership: You must be the legal owner of the gift card or have explicit authorization from the owner to trade it. Validity: All gift cards submitted must be valid and unused. [Starcard] reserves the right to reject any card that has been previously redeemed, deactivated, or blocked. Verification: Once a gift card is submitted, our team will verify its value. The verification time varies by card type (typically 2-10 minutes).
Rates: Gift card rates are highly volatile and change based on market demand. The rate displayed at the time of your trade confirmation is the rate you will receive. Payments: Payments are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account provided by the user. We are not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or incorrect account details provided.
[Starcard] has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities: Prohibited Cards: We do not accept cards obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or credit card fraud. Reporting: We reserve the right to withhold payment and report any suspicious activity to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) or other relevant Nigerian authorities. Account Suspension: Any attempt to upload "already used" cards or "fake codes" repeatedly will result in a permanent ban of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Starcard] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any technical issues beyond our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
